1. Have your dog sit in a stay position (or enlist help if your dog keeps peeking)
2. Show them a treat or their favourite toy. Throw at them politely.
3. Let them catch it! Start with a smaller distance and increase slowly.
4. Continue to Practice: Hold short training sessions throughout the day in various indoor and outdoor locations. End training session on a positive note (with a success). Be patient and consistent.

Playing with your dog really helps with the mental aspect of boredom and stimulates their brain. Interactive games like throwing a ball and having them catch help to build their focus and discipline them.
